Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God. Hebrews 13:16 ESV
Do you ever feel like what you have is not enough or you don’t have anything to share? What if I told you that you always had something to share?
We live in a society where everything is based on monetary value. We tend to believe that unless we have money or something tangible that we don’t have anything to offer to another person … But what about the things that are not easily measured?
Would you share a hug with someone who needs? It? How about a smile or a word? Have you ever spent a few minutes listening to a stranger’s story because they seem to need it? Or have you ever smiled at someone you didn’t know – just because.
These are little opportunities to share the love of God with someone who does not know who he is. It also may lead to a bigger opportunity to witness.
What have you shared in the last few hours? What do you look forward to sharing with someone in the next two days?
